School Counseling
Hello! My name is Toni Durham, Mrs. D, the School Counselor at Red Bank Elementary School. This is my 23rd year in West Deptford, as a School Counselor. It is my job to help support students academically, socially, and emotionally throughout their time in the West Deptford School District and beyond. My goal is to foster growth and lifelong learning in out students.
I attended Rowan University (it was Glassboro State College when I began), where I received my Bachelor's in Elementary Education and Sociology. Then, I continued, to receive my Master's Degree in Student Personnel Services with a S.A.C Certification
I pride myself in creating relationships . You will find resources for students and parents, on this web page. I am also the 504 Case Manager and Anti-Bullying Specialist.
When I am not at work I love to read, workout, travel (I am a huge Disney fan), watch sports (all Philly teams), and spend time with my family. I have two sons, they are 21 and 18.

The character theme for the month of October is Respect.
Red Bank Celebrates
2022-2023 Week of Respect
October 3rd-October 7th
New Jersey designates the first week of October as the state-wide “Week of Respect” to recognize the importance of social and emotional learning and character education. We want our young learners to understand the positive impact kindness and tolerance has on our school community. Join us in celebrating with SPIRIT WEEK!
Monday-October 3rd “Let Respect Shine” - Wear your brightest, shiniest or sparkling outfit.
Tuesday-October 4th ”Words Are Powerful” - Wear a shirt with a positive slogan or saying.
Wednesday-October 5th WEDNESDAY, October 5th – “Celebrate Yourself or Culture”- Wear something that shows your unique personality or makes you proud.
Thursday-October 6th “We Are Bursting With Respect of Others”- Each class will be assigned a color. They can be creative and wear as much of that color, as they wish, to burst with color.
Pre- K - Purple Kindergarten- Green
1st- Blue 2nd- Red
Friday-October 7th “Proud to be an Eagle”-School Spirit Day –wear school colors
